THERAPY FOR TEENS & FAMILIES

The heart of my work as a therapist is helping my clients transform their relationships with others as well as with themselves to healthy, empowering and meaningful ones. I’m relational, curious and direct in my therapy style. I integrate various methodologies that include behavioral methods and psychodynamic theory in order to be able to set attainable goals, and dig deeper when family of origin issues are at the core. I’m tailoring the treatment to my clients and discover with them their emotional story, their thoughts, feelings and needs in order to enable growth and development.
